Standard (Non-Custom) Products If you have purchased a standard, non-custom product, you may return it within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To be eligible for a return: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging You must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied in error. 2. Made-to-Measure & Custom Products Many of our canopies are made to order or customised to your specifications. Because these items are manufactured specifically for you: Custom or made-to-measure products are non-returnable We cannot accept cancellations once production has begun This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described. 3. Faulty or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: Your order number A description of the issue Clear photographs of the damage or fault If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. 4.
